Seweweekspoort
A gravel gorge road straight through the Swartberg.
Seweweekspoort is a 17 km gravel road that follows a river through a crack in the Swartberg, crossing it again and again between walls of folded red rock. It's one of those roads where you keep stopping to look up.
We rode it on the 2019 trip heading east. I've never managed to go through without at least three photo stops.
